We offer flat fee agreements and hourly fee agreements at competitive rates. Entering into a fee agreement does not guarantee that you will obtain a patent or achieve any particular result.

Our flat fee agreements for a non-provisional utility patent application start at $4,500. Our flat fee agreements for a provisional patent application start at $1,000. Our flat fee agreements for a design patent application start at $600 dollars. Formal drawings are charged at cost, which is currently $65 dollars per sheet.

USPTO filing fees are charged separately, at cost. For a non-provisional utility patent application, the initial USPTO filing fees start at $425. The USPTO fees for filing a provisional application total $100 and the initial USPTO fees for a design patent application total $250.

We offer initial consultations at no charge. After we have discussed your particular needs we will be able to give you a fixed fee price or an estimate based upon an hourly fee agreement.

Patent litigation is typically performed on an hourly basis at a rate of $300 dollars per hour.
